Dan Morse
My name is Dan Morse and I’ve lived in the Finger Lakes area for all but 4 years of my life. I grew up out on Baker Rd with my parents Tom and Sherry and my brother Michael. Growing up I loved to spend any time I could at my grandparent’s house on Keuka Lake. Swimming, fishing and water skiing during the summer months and ice fishing and riding the 4-wheeler during the winter.
I've been interested in Real Estate since high school. After graduating from RIT with a Bachelor Degree is business Management I began buying apartment houses. Currently I have 10 years experience with rental property. Over the years I also have spent time working with septic systems, furnaces, and construction, I don't know enough to be dangerous however I can point you in the direction of people who do quality work at a good price.
My interests in Real Estate continued to grow and in January of 2007 I became a full time licensed Realtor. I was the top sales person in the office my first year. I then decided to further my education and got my Brokers License. I continue to be the top sales person in my office. I have created a niche for myself with first time home buyers and investment property but I work with all ranges of property including land, lake, farm, single family and investment. I look to continue to grow my business and sell more property each year. I love real estate.
I currently enjoy living in Penn Yan with my wife Rebecca a 2nd grade teacher at Penn Yan Elementary School. We have a lovely little cape cod house in the village we call home with our Golden Retriever Ginger and our cat Whiskers.
